Our Story
At a time when Customer Experience felt like something reserved for big companies abroad, , Gabriela Ciupitu saw the opportunity to bring global CX practices to Romania and Southeast Europe, and had the determination to make it happen.
Inspired by exceptional service experiences seen abroad and having a deep belief in purposeful work, she founded Customer Experience Romania to help organisations shift focus from “what” they offer to “how” they deliver it.
Today, she’s one of the most respected voices in the field. But what matters most is the impact of her work: Romanian companies growing, being recognised abroad, and creating meaningful, lasting experiences for their employees and customers alike.
She works with a team of experienced specialists who have helped define organisational strategy, improve internal processes, and drive measurable results across industries.
