15 October | The CX Workshops – hands-on sessions that go deeper into the challenges and strategies shaping the future of customer and employee experience, at the Maidan Spatiul. CX DAY 2025
We`ve celebrated CX Day with a special online.
We explored how organisations across industries and borders use technology not to replace, but to enhance human connection, balancing innovation with empathy in every customer journey, with:

CX Breakfast September 2025
This edition of CX Breakfast focused on a topic that is always relevant: the voice of customers and patients.
We discussed how to transform feedback into a meaningful experience and how to gain a deeper understanding of what customers and patients truly value. Gabriela Ciupitu’s practical workshop helped us to see things from an applied and human perspective.
We would like to thank Iuliana Simescu for sharing her insights on healthcare systems in Romania and Turkey and Stefan Dumitru for demonstrating the practical side of things.
We are also grateful to our partners, Staffino and Graia, who consistently support the Romanian CX Professionals community and enable such meetings to take place.


Certified CX Masterclass Chisinau 2025
The first edition of Certified CX Masterclass in Chisinau! 3 days of practical lessons and real solutions, and the participants took the final exam and became Certified Customer Centricity Experts (CCCX), awarded by Customer Institute.
The participants valued the authentic discussions, inspiring idea exchange and case studies that demonstrated how CX can transform customer interactions and internal processes.
Many thanks to our special guests Carolina Bugaian, Natalia Sturza, Vera Bucuci, Hunor Kovacs and Stefan Dumitru for their expertise and practical examples.
CX in B2B Workshop
The workshop was an interactive session designed to encourage the exchange of ideas, methods and practical exercises. Attendees worked intensively on the customer journey, exploring relevant B2B case studies.
Together, we discovered the most effective ways to optimise the customer experience and turn it into a real advantage. We examined how paying close attention to detail and developing a deep understanding of customer needs can transform business interactions.

Certified CX Masterclass Bucharest 2025
Certified CX Masterclass in Bucharest: 3 days of practical lessons and real solutions, and, for the very first time, participants took the final exam and became Certified Customer Centricity Experts (CCCX), awarded by Customer Institute.

CX Breakfast May 2025
This edition we’ve brought together industry professionals to explore the real challenges of omnichannel integration. No generic strategies, we talked about practical solutions that improve workflows, increase customer satisfaction and drive loyalty.
Our expert guests Miona Kostic, Hunor Kovacs and Nicoleta Iancu shared their insights, lessons learned, and real strategies to make omnichannel work.

CX Breakfast March 2025
This year’s first CX Breakfast kicked off with delicious coffee and a hot topic: CX in B2B.
Our guests, Mihaela Gondosch and Amelia Podariu, generously shared best practices, trends and fresh insights on how you can optimize your CX strategy for B2B customers.
The event was organised with the support of Staffino and Geomant, whom we thank for their involvement in our projects dedicated to the Romanian CX Professionals Community.
CX Breakfast December 2024
The last 2024 meeting was dedicated to “CX Results and Measurements“. It was an interactive discussion with Andreea Radu, Ana Maria Andreescu and Valentin Radu on best practices for measuring CX results and applying them to strategic decisions of organisations.

CX Conference Bucharest 2024 brought together leading international and local experts for 2 days in Bucharest to share best practices, strategies, technologies and standards in the field of Customer Experience.
It was 2 days full of energy and inspiration, workshops, valuable insights and networking. Participants learned about the balance between human and digital in creating a memorable customer experience.
CX Day Romania 2024
For the 4th consecutive year, we celebrated CX Day with an online event attended by CX professionals and enthusiasts.
Together we celebrated Romanian companies, people and successful customer experience strategies, winners of the European Customer Experience Awards, 2024 edition.


CX Breakfast September 2024
At the September edition of CX Breakfast, we explored how artificial intelligence can improve Contact Center operations.
Invited CX professionals, Andrada Orha, Oana Caternia Coșarcă and Ionela Roș, presented case studies and shared their contact centre experiences. They discussed the challenges, next-generation technology solutions and their impact on customer interactions.
For this edition of the event, we’ve teamed up with Staffino.
CX Breakfast June 2024
We continued the series of FREE events organised for members of the Romanian CX Professionals Community with the second edition of the CX Breakfast.
Guest CX professionals, Mihaela Florescu, Mihaela Radu and Stefan Dumitru shared relevant case studies, practical tips and effective strategies for increasing and maintaining employee engagement in delivering a quality customer experience.
The event was organised in partnership with Staffino, the trusted partner of our Community.


CX Masterclass 2024
Customer Experience Masterclass is a comprehensive CX training programme, the only one in Romania certified by the Customer Institute.
The course has a structure of 4 interactive modules, which include theoretical elements, statistics and trends in the CX field, as well as practical elements, with examples of local and international best practices, and exercises to help you apply the acquired knowledge.
The programme, developed by Customer Experience Romania, is specifically designed for the professional development of the participants, providing in-depth knowledge of CX and the practical skills needed to implement it.
CX Breakfast March 2024
In March, we launched a new initiative: CX Breakfast! We continued the series of free events organised for members of the Romanian CX Professionals Community, with the first meeting in a physical format.
Our guests Ioana Barbu, Roxana Pantea and Stefan Dumitru discussed their experiences on how to use customer feedback to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. They gave practical examples of how to effectively use customer feedback and implement best practices in this sector.
The event was organised in partnership with Staffino, whom we thank for their active support of the Romanian CX Professionals Community.


CX Conference Bucharest 2023
The first edition of the CX Conference Bucharest 2023 brought together 19 leading international and local experts to share best practices, strategies and standards in customer experience.
It was a large-scale event attended by over 230 CX professionals, top and C-level managers from Romania and the Republic of Moldova, representing more than 60 companies from various industries.
Customer Experience Romania offered, for the first time, a valuable working tool to all participants: the results of the survey measuring CX Maturity in Romania.
CX Day Romania 2023
The 3rd edition of CX Day in Romania was a celebration of people! Because people are at the heart of everything we do, we talk about Human Experience (HX). About empathy, about listening to and understanding customers’ needs and emotions, about delivering experiences that make them feel good when they interact with the organisation, the products and the services we offer.


CX Masterclass 2022
We launch the first intensive training program in the field: Customer Experience Masterclass! It’s a course dedicated to CX specialists and enthusiasts who want to validate, develop or deepen their knowledge and learn from the experience of our trainers. We discuss important CX topics and internationally recognized standards used by the most valuable companies.
CX Masterclass is delivered by Gabriela Ciupitu and Faran Niaz, internationally recognized professionals connected with organizations that set CX standards worldwide. Gabriela and Faran have prepared this Masterclass for CX specialists in Romania with the aim to increase the level of professionalism in the field, to present news and Customer Experience trends from around the world.
CX Day Romania 2022
CX Day is the global day to celebrate the organisations, individuals and, yes, customers that are at the heart of business strategies and decisions. For the second edition of the celebration in Romania, we partnered with OTP Bank, Buyer Brain and Customer Experience Professionals Association for a special virtual event.


Book Launching: ”Customer Experience #4”
The well-known Customer Experience book series is a bestseller in the UK, Canada, USA, Germany, Brazil and Italy. “Customer Experience #4” will be officially released on Amazon in February 2022.
Gabriela Ciupitu, the founder of Customer Experience Romania, is the co-author of the book, along with 17 customer experience professionals from around the world.
What makes a great CX Leader?
We are pleased to announce the second meeting dedicated to driving Customer Experience in Central and South East Europe – “What makes a successful CX leader?
We are delighted to welcome Gemma Colby, Head of CX at Yell, as a speaker at this event. Gemma is the winner of ‘CX Leader of the Year’ at this year’s UK Customer Experience Awards and has a lot to share with you.


CX Day Romania 2021
CX Day is celebrated around the world every year on the first Tuesday in October. On the 5th, we celebrated the first CX Day in Romania through an online event dedicated to professionals, enthusiasts and those who want to make a career in Customer Experience. Our special guests were Alina Dambean and Ana Iorga.
The surprise of the event was the presence of Ian Golding, who encouraged the creation of a Customer Experience community in Romania. Ian noted that although Southeastern Europe has been hard hit by history, there is a burning desire for change and development of CX in the region.
Advancing CX în South East and Central Europe
On 16 September, the first public meeting of CXPA and customer experience professionals from South East Europe took place.
The event was held online and focused on the important topic of “Advancing CX in South East and Central Europe”.
Ian Golding gave an excellent keynote on what Customer Experience is and why customer focus is important in everything an organisation does.
CX specialists from South East Europe shared their experiences and challenges in implementing CX strategies.
