According to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) which enters into force on May 25, 2018: personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. Information you provide to us The data you submit through the forms available on this website:

  • Service provision contract: company name, CUI, registration number, address, representative’s name, bank account, telephone number
  • Contact form: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number
  • Event registration form: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, company, function
  • When sending e-mail: e-mail address, first and last name of recipient
  • Newsletter subscription: first name, last name, e-mail address
  • Other cases: postal or delivery address

In physical or digital format, via e-mail messages sent to us or following telephone calls. Automatically collected data When you access our website www.customerexperience.ro the web server automatically saves access logs containing the visitor’s IP address, the web resource (document) accessed as well as information about the Operating System/Browser used. We store this data to prevent fraud and to ensure website and information security. We also use cookies on our website to improve the browsing experience for all visitors as well as to measure the effectiveness of this website. 3. How, why and for how long we process this data

Processing of personal data: any operation or set of operations which is performed upon personal data, whether or not by automatic or non-automatic means, such as collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure to third parties by transmission, dissemination or otherwise, alignment or combination, blocking, erasure or destruction. CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SRL ensures the integrity, availability, confidentiality and authenticity of personal data. CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SRL makes all reasonable and commercially justifiable efforts to protect the personal data we hold.  We have also implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that only personal data necessary for the specified purposes are processed. The principle of implicit data protection will also be followed during the development of new products or services. However, despite our efforts to store collected information in a secure operating environment, which is not publicly available, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of this information during transmission or storage on our systems. In the event of a breach of security that jeopardizes your privacy or personal information, we undertake to inform you of such, either through this website or through other methods at our disposal (email messages, telephone calls).
