The idea of the blog is older, but I implemented it when I thought I had a relevant experience with clients and partners, as well as deepening the knowledge of CX. I have often experienced disappointment in the services I received and paid in Romania. The concept of “Customer Experience” is new in Romania and is based on improved relationship with clients and partners, leaving from listening to the customer’s voice and collecting the feed back from it.
